We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement workshops
- Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Understand Salesforce capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions
- Work closely with Developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Create process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Support UAT and validate solutions against business requirements

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst

- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred
Role Overview
We're looking for a Salesforce QA professional with strong experience in functional and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of Salesforce Quality Assurance and testing experience
- Proven expertise in functional, integration, and regression testing on Salesforce
- Experience validating custom objects, Apex logic, LWC, and Flows against user stories
- Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, etc.)
- Automation testing experience (Selenium, Provar, Playwright) is an added advantage

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cloud Consultant to drive requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration for Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions for Revenue Cloud implementations
- Design and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions based on business requirements
- Work with product catalog, pricing, configuration, quoting, contracting, and order management processes
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure and optimize Revenue Cloud capabilities and business processes
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and client stakeholders
- Support integrations between Revenue Cloud and external systems
- Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support
- Identify opportunities to improve quote-to-cash processes and business efficiency
- Stay current with Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities and best practices
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ implementation experience
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Experience configuring product catalogs, pricing rules, bundles, quoting, contracts, and orders
- Strong Salesforce configuration and enterprise integration knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
